Both open to a generous kitchen with walk-in pantry, stainless steel appliances, full-height backsplash, and slab granite-topped countertops and work island, providing casual dining space for a quick bite.

Also on the main level, the full bedroom and bathroom offers the convenience of fewer stairs. Plus there are two owner lock-off closets for storage (one inside and one outside).
