Our historic home in East Nashville is minutes from downtown, LP Field, 5-Points (bars, restaurants, unique shops and coffee places galore), and just a short drive from the airport.
We are close to Shelby Park and the Nashville Green Way system, a golf course, driving range, and walking paths. If you prefer night life, 5 Points is just a few blocks the other direction where you can enjoy Margot, our locally owned five star restaurant, multiple bars and eateries, and our East Side hospitality.
The MTA bus line is a block from our home, and we are a quick cab or car ride to the honky-tonks on Lower Broadway. If you are here for a Titans' game, and we are home, we are happy to drive you to within 3 blocks of the stadium. Though we have a bus system in Nashville, the easiest way to get around town is in a car. Lyft and Uber are excellent options in Nashville.
We provide all linens, towels, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, toilet paper.
Your stay will include light (toaster, microwave, coffee maker) use of our kitchen as well as a coffee maker in your suite. We also reserve a shelf for you in our refrigerator for snacks and leftovers from all the tasty restaurants nearby. We invite you to join us on our deck if you choose or relax for awhile in our front porch swing. We also invite you to enjoy our hot tub and the pool! The hot tub is quite relaxing after a long drive or a busy day and the pool is refreshing after a hot day of sightseeing. Stephen keeps the chemicals in perfect balance, and there are towels specifically for the hot tub/pool in each closet. Guests use the hot tub and pool at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Quiet time should be observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
NO SMOKING and no unregistered guests allowed on the property. Our dog Finn will happily greet you when you arrive, but he does not bite or shed. Since he is quite content as an "only" dog, we ask that you not bring your pets.
