Scottsdale House (Super Bowl XLIX and Phoenix Open)

This 2000 square foot, two bedroom, two bath condo was recently remodeled and features all hardwood flooring, granite countertops and new cabinetry that provide a warmth for any private vacation.

The master bedroom hosts a king-sized bed. The other bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Also, the sofa opens up into a sleeper bed as well. The master bath has a full walk-in shower.

The stylish kitchen enjoys a large granite topped island that is ideal for prep work, serving or as a bar for entertaining. Covered, private parking sits right in front of the main entrance; a short stroll among the manicured grass, trees and plants.

The walled patio has a convenient, gas grill. Just beyond the gate on the private patio lie both the jacuzzi and oversized pool. It is located in Scottsdale House, a posh, private residential community.

Scottsdale House occupies approximately forty walled, landscaped acres at the foot of Camelback Mountain, near the center of Scottsdale and only minutes from the recreational area known as Old Town - chock full of bars and restaurants.

Two hundred and sixty-three residential units surround a clubhouse with a beautiful dining room and bar, private dining and card room, library, exercise room, beauty salon and massage therapist. Scottsdale House also provides a free, personal shuttle service to local venues such as bars, restaurants and shopping locales.

A staffed twenty-four hour gatehouse controls all vehicular traffic into the grounds and a night courtesy patrol watches the entire grounds. Availability: January and February for Super Bowl and Phoenix Open. Minimum stay 10 days.
