Large, furnished 3 bedroom Manhattan Apartment

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is sunny and large with an open space for living. The apartment features three bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. It is located on the 4th floor of a turn of the century walkup building.
Each of the two rooms available for rent need to be booked separately. The bedroom can accommodate 2 people and for additional guests, there is a sofa couch in the living room, which pulls out to be a full size sleeper.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in Manhattan in an area known as Manhattanville just north of Morningside Heights and southwest of Harlem with a variety of cafes, restaurants and grocers located within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe, friendly and lively. The apartment is centrally located between 2 subway lines which makes getting nearly anywhere in Manhattan easy.
• 2 minute walk 1,2,3 Train line
• 4 min. walk to exp. trains
• 2 stops, or walk to Central Park!
• walk to Riverside Park
• walk to Columbia University
• 3 stops (15 min) to Times Square
• 20-30 min Train ride nearly everywhere else in Manhattan
