The place itself is nice,
A KEY ELEMENT OF THIS AIRBNB IS THAT IT IS IN A GATED COMMUNITY. This provides a really private stay, but also requires that you call someone if the gates are closed.

Pia, so glad you enjoyed your stay. The resort is gated but does have a lot of amenities and glad you used those. The instructions to get in are on the gate box.
