It's a lovely place,
This was my 2nd stay at the Vista Del Mar. It is a beautiful home with a relaxing vibe, and the view on the deck is amazing. They have all you need in the kitchen to make your meals and coffe, they also supply dog bowls, a crate and beds for your pup!
The arcade is a great addition if you have kids, or if it's a little too chilly to walk down to the beach.
The beach is about .25 mile "hike" from the home, it's sandy but very doable for children and adults. The beach area is some what private as well, I've only seen 1 or 2 people while out there, which is great.
it's about 10 minutes to ocean shores which has a grocery store, bike rental, restaurants, a fun zone with bumper cars, mini golf possibly and a gas station as well.
I plan on making the Vista Del Mar a regular summer vacation spot. it's a lovely place, and the host has always responded quickly!
