Comfy Cozy Beach getaway
My two sons, two dogs and I had a lovely respite from the urban life. Affordable for me due to off season rates, privacy fence and very empty beach, we had a lovely and private stay at this one bedroom villa.
The bedroom is on the second floor with a stunning waterfront view to awaken to each morning, and stargazing at night. The hot tub is literally right on the sea wall, so at high tide the waves are right below whilst one lounges in the hot tub!
At low tide there is plenty of empty beach for strolling and dog walking. While we did not see any, we were told by many folks in town that grey whales are visible easily at this time of year, and quite up close.
There are two aerobeds for the downstairs if more sleeping spaces are needed, which we took advantage of. Easy and quick with electric pumps to inflate and deflate. Fully stocked kitchen with regards to cooking and serving needs; bring your own condiments. The coffee is provided, with a coffee press, pod coffee, or regular drip coffee machine. Tea provided as well.
There is about a 70 foot or more walk from parking to the villa, so factor that in when packing. We really enjoyed Langley, and my 13 year old was able to take a lesson in glass blowing and we came home with a lovely garden art bird feeder for the effort!
