I would recommend this place. Beautiful view from the upstairs and the open concept is very nice. The ocean is very easy to access directly from the home and a local grocery store is in walking distance. Also, there is an awesome dive bar called The Green Lantern Tavern in walking distance too. If you plan to cook, bring your own kitchen tools though as there is a very limited supply and what is there is quite old. Specifically KNIVES, pots and pans. Also, any plastic zip lock bags or plastic wrap for storing. There is a single knife in the entire kitchen that is like 30 years old and VERY dull. Took over an hour to mise en place the clam chowder ingredients.
