Everything was in working order.

Had a great time at relax lodge. We had two families of four and a dog. Inside the house was well maintained, clean and had many essentials. Everything was in working order.
Check in time was kind of late, but I asked if we could get in before dark and I was graciously accommodated when I called 24 hours in advance.
Worked out great to eat lunch and walk around Leavenworth before heading to the house.
Despite all of the “rules” posted and talked about in other reviews, the place was very homey, inviting and friendly. Do not let that dissuade you from staying here, you will miss out.
The host was amazingly responsive and we only had a great time. The hot tub was clean and inviting. Check out was easy.
The location was great! Close to Snow park for sledding and cross country skiing. Kids had a wonderful time playing in snow around the house and it was super safe, end of a cul-de-sac. There was a tv, but we didn’t bother to turn it on, which says a lot for 4 kids aged 7-12. Highly recommend!
