Diamond in the Ruff

I had known about The Sand Dollar Inn for a number of years but never stayed there. Recently, turns out the Penthouse was available and at an extremely reasonable price, so I went for it.

Upon arrival, I was amazed at how beautiful and 'Large' the Penthouse is! (I actually stepped it out and found it is ruffly 600 square feet - awesome) The view from this third floor room is spectacular, even with a large house blocking a small part of the view.

The only short comings of the Penthouse are the extremely narrow staircase up to the room and the wall heaters. The heaters are an older type wall mounted with a fan behind them - a little too noisy for my comfort - I prefer a baseboard heater. Other than that, I was very pleased with the Inn and the quiet of the surrounding neighborhoods. Made for a very relaxing weekend. – Anonymous, Federal Way, WA
