This holiday home is very popular with families, groups and companies and features seven individual decorated rooms with allergy free double beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, central heating and 4 bathrooms with natural light. A modern equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for.
The kitchen is fully equipped, an additional dining room for up to 7 persons, dish washer, two spacious refrigerator and freezer guarantees cool drinks and food. The adjacent pantry offers additional storage room for the grocery shopping of the tourist groups.
All bedrooms can be darkened, are non-smoking rooms and have huge queen- or king size beds. On the ground floor are two beautiful marble bathrooms (convenient massage shower, bath tub, bidet and toilet). In the basement is a bath with bath tub, shower and toilet.

The pool is maintained professionally twice a week. The car entrance can be opened with remote control. Up to four cars can conveniently park inside the patio and many cars more outside on the street. Behind the sun terrace is a back door leading trough an old park to the beach. On the front is a very old, beautiful park with a charming wedding chapel.
The terraces offer space to the groups for dining and enjoying the warm evenings in Majorca. At the end of the huge sun terrace leads a small back door directly through the old park as a shortcut to the beach. The rental price per day is between 350 Euro up to 650 Euro for the entire house, depending on the size of the group and season. The spectacular living room in penthouse style with an area of 75sqm is very bright and clear with its many windows and glass door. It is broken down into three areas: fireplace then the cozy TV lounge with all entertainment and music equipment (Spanish programmes and Astra satelite programmes are available) and spacious dining area.
A big communal safe is free to use for all groups. In the completely to be darkened living room are many different seating furniture, couch, chairs, sofas or leather sofas available for more than 24 persons. Like the bedrooms there is solid wooden flooring in the living room which is comfortable warm in the winter and convenient in the summer months. At the end of the light-filled living room, a balcony door leads directly down to the pool, sun terrace and BBQ-bar.
This well maintained non-smoking holiday property features seven big, individual decorated bedrooms with double beds and four bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning, central heating and a spacious build in wardrobe. All rooms of the villa have beautiful curtains, interior blinds, exterior blinds. Our allergy free beds are at least queen size format. There is a BabyBay, playpen and crib available for the little ones.
Our three bedrooms on the ground floor (room 1, 2 and 3) have a beautiful marble bath with Jacuzzi massage shower and toilet as well as a marble bath tub, shower, toilet and bidet. On the ground floor you will find the even leveled room no 5 with pool view and the spacious room no 4 with crib, bath tub, shower and toilet.
The biggest bedrooms are situated on the top floor: the light filled room no 7 includes a king size double bed, fireplace, leather seating area, balcony, views to the pool, terrace and historical park with a wedding church. Room no 6 is very popular with children and offers an extra sofa bed, desk, living room area, safe and a bath with shower and toilet. The safes on the ground and upper floor are free of charge for our guests. Internet and Wifi is available free of charge in the whole house and outdoor area. Two towels and bath towels are provided in all bedrooms upon arrival. On request weekly change of laundry and linen can be provided.
