Whether you need an accommodation in the Pacific Northwest for work or play, the LillyPad is an excellent alternative to the impersonal hotel environment. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, we are conveniently located 9 miles east of Sea-Tac Airport, 20 minutes from Seattle or Bellevue and 40 minutes from Tacoma. We’re a 5-minute drive from theaters, 10 minutes from South Center Mall, and 1/2 mile from Valley Medical Center. In addition to a spacious suite with a luxurious king size bed (plus twin sleeper-sofa), guests enjoy exclusive, private use of a 1500 square-foot indoor pool and hot tub spa.

The suite is attached to the main residence via a soundproof wall, and it has its own private entrance. In addition to the suite itself, there is a patio with barbeque grill, laundry room with washer/dryer (for stays of 3+ nights) and, of course the indoor swimming pool. You can see a floor plan on the web site.
Much like an oversized hotel accommodation, the suite contains a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, DVD player. We also feature a very comfortable king size bed, a twin-size sofa sleeper, and there is a sound system with speakers in the suite and the pool room. (Aside from the pool, we get the most compliments on the bed and the shower.) The pool is in indoor in-ground San Juan pool with hot tub. It is 38' long by 18' wide and contains 22,000 gallons of water. We heat the pool to 85 degrees and the hot tub to 100 degrees.
The pool room, the patio and the barbeque grill are available whether you rent with or without pool and hot tub option.
Our quiet, residential area is located near freeways and lots of shopping and restaurants are a short drive away. We can accept payment either by personal check or by credit card.

Spacious accommodation with all the amentities of a five-star hotel. Quiet setting in a suburban cul-de-sac. Excellent central location to the various points of interest for visitors to the Pacific Northwest. Our pool is kept at 85 degrees and contains 22,000 gallons of water. It's 18' x 38' and about 9 feet deep at the deep end. The hot tub heats to 99 degrees. The 1500 square foot pool room is for the exclusive use of guests, and is ideal for couples or families of four. Pets are welcome (responsible owners only!), and there is a fenced dog run along the side of the house.
We've got a little wine-tasting facility within a two-mile radius, many interesting restaurants and some of the best shopping anywhere at the Westfield Mall and the surrounding outlet stores.
Our king-size bed gets lots of kudos, and we offer the ultimate in comfort, cleanliness and quiet for your getaway to the Pacific Northwest.
